The software on the message board has been upgraded once again. You will find new features primarilly in the user profiles. You may now leave a comment in someone's profile, assuming you are a full member. All members can delete the comments left in their profile. Member Profiles and User Lists now show the last time the member visited the site. Also in the member profile is a list of those other member's who have made that member a 'buddy'. These changes to the user profile page are precursors to upcoming major changes to include User Blogs feature. Stay tuned.

The old style search routine has finally reappeared after many requests. The look and feel of search hasn't changed, just the underlying code. At the moment you can search for a minimum of 3 character strings (was 4). Search window is still limited at 2 year increments. You can still search the entire history of the board, but you must break it up into a maximum of 2 year search segments. This is done to keep the search routine from overwelming the server. If we open it up more, there is a chance the message board would stall every time a search is performed. This old search routine may be slower than the previous code, but it allows character strings less than 4 to be searched.

Other changes.. Private Messages (topics) are now limited to 100 posts. Nested quotes are now automatically limited to 2.

i just noticed that the feedback section is all mixed up. 07 and 08 threads are mixed together..

Not mixed up.. Just now sorted by subject rather than by the last post date. That way you can find the user you are looking for easier. Make sense?
