Times change.. and so do schedules and priorities. Work, family, and other priorities are constant challenges we all face. As a result of these challenges, a few of our great moderators we've had the past few years are unable to continue to devote the needed time to the site.

We want to thank retiring moderators JohnB, SSteve, Jim, SuprSlow (Brandon), and lazygearhead (Michael) for their service to this site over the years. They all have contributed greatly to what makes this site unique. We've been proud of their service, and I do believe they are proud to have served our community. We hope we get to see them on a continuing basis here in the community.

Once again guys.. on behalf of the community, THANK YOU! for your hard work over the years!

A HUGE THANKS guys! We all know that "life" throws curves at us constantly. Always know you guys are a part of making this site THE BEST! Your years of dedication helped lay the foundation that keep this site on a level that we hope to continue to strive and keep it at or above. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

As Kevin expressed... don't be a stranger. Your friendship is highly valued by myself, as well as countless others here. No matter where you go, this place is always "home"!

Thanks to all the thanks expressed, and to the fellow mods that had the same desire to make this the best message board on the net. Guys, thanks for finding finding the trust to bring me on as one of your own, as well as putting up with my stuff.

I have met many great people on here, many who I consider friends. I really did enjoy my times as a member and a moderator, and do plan to stop in from time to time to check on the place that I have over 5000 posts invested in and countless hours.

Thanks, Everyone.

Do they get a special "Retired Mod" badge under their name like an admin or a current mod? That would be cool. It would be like the special license plates people get. Corny, yes.

Not a chance! I've been out of the Country since January and it's just been tough to stay plugged in. I'll be back soon I hope!

Not so corny, over the years I would see a member and think (insert echo voice here!) "I thought that guy was a mod!"
so if the member name was a different color (or something like that) everyone would know they had given their service to the board.

And, thanks guys.... I hope us 'new mods' can be half as good as the mods that has helped so much in the past.

Guess I retired through attrition long ago. Thanks all \:\)

I do still occaisionally drive the 84 on the sunny streets of southern California. And when I do, I think of you guys.

Glad to see this continues to be the excellent site I remember.

Rock on Paul and crew.
