There have been many members who have not been able to make posts on the board due to a referrer check in the software. This check is there to ensure that the entity making the post is doing so via the message board, and not from outside. In short, it's a way to twart spammers and bots. Firewall software often blocks referrer tags. As a result, the referrer routine in the message board software sees this as an invalid referrer and prevents the user from posting.

Since so many have not been able to figure out their firewall settings to get around this problem, I've decided to disable the referrer check on the board. Hopefully this will not result in any spam/bot events. We'll see. So, those who have run into this problem up until now should now be able to post.
