Not that it matters with respect their membership, but I believe neither even owns a Monte anymore. The previously banned member just got his seized by the police, and the other had his for sale a year or two back - I am assuming it sold sometime.

To reiterate what the other mods have stated, it is always a group concensus when such decisions have to be made. Although he doesn't want/like to have to do such things, they do need to be done, and Paul is just the one stuck "announcing" such decisions.

That is the reason some things take a little time to deal with - we can't just call an instant meeting or anything If a thread is questionable we typically get others thoughts on it, but when/if it goes too far (which can happen while discussing) we can/do shut it down ASAP before it gets even worse and discuss later.
