how are you trying to use the link function? It's not meant for linking images into the message board.

oh, thats exactly what I was trying to do. I thought that was the purpose of having it, to host images that could be later posted. I can just host it on cartogra if I want to post it. The album is still a great feature though Paul, great job! It's amazing to see what some of these guys do with their cars.

You can do that. It appears the "link" function is for linking from another perons album or something though. If you want to link to an image in your album, simply right click on it and select properties. Your link is the image address.

If you run windows and need a free program to resize images that doesn't take too long to download check out http://www.irfanview.com Totally free and very useful program. Paul this new feature is way cool and I have a suggestion. If someone were to donate a certain amount of $ to the site could that member get more than 1MB of storage? Or should we just use the car domain website for hosting our pictures to conserve bandwidth and keep the bills down? Your thoughts?I know bandwidth isn't free so this may not be a practical idea, but I thought I would throw it out there as a way to encourage donations.

FYI, I just up'd the storage limit for each member from 1 MB to 3 MB. I also up'd the per-image size to 150kb. Hopefully this allows a bit more flexibility for everyone.
