Jim, thanks for the question. I guess I should clarify. The stickers in the picture look washed out because you're actually looking at them through the backing.

The actual color of the sticker is shown in the color splotch on the right hand side. These apply just like those white Calvin stickers you see everyone with (I hate those). They are a die-cut sticker, so the only thing on the surface once the sticker is applied are the words themselves.

They are not printed on a clear sheet.. the only thing you are left with is the letters themselves. Just like the stock Monte Carlo SS decals on the door of an SS. Trust me, these are very striking in color and clarity. Eventually, I'll apply the sample stickers I have to a black plexiglass base to show them off better.

As of this morning (before I left for work), I had only received one pre-order. If there isn't the interest in these, I'll just produce a very limited number and distribute to those who have shown interest. Pre-orders will get first chance at the stickers produced.
