Ok i have a question, I know i have been away for a while due to complications and other things but whats up with the underlined links? There are certain words like Boyfriend and car that when i hold my cursor over them it says "for U.S. residents only and its a link to a car buying web site and boyfriend is a link to a singles web site to meet people. Is this something with my PC or is it a new thing on the SSite?

Sorry i am a little out of it right now so this just has me confused.
