Looks like there is an issue with the Album. Working it.

So far its screaming fast

Seems to be running great here! Thanks for all the hard work of performing the swap this weekend. And thanks to all the members who stepped up for us all to be able to enjoy our new "home".

Ok, I got the Album kinda working. It looks like there is code in there that the new server doesn't like though. I may have to upgrade the album software. It's useable for now.. but you will see a lot of errors pop up. I'll continue looking into it.

Please report any other issues / error messages you may see.

By the way.. Jeff reminds me.. I have told the Moderators that I do not expect them to contribute monetarilly to the site maintenance fund. They do enough around here in the form of Moderating as their contribution to the community. Just wanted to be up front about that.. as to why you don't see the Mods contributing.

Looks like I've corrected the user visible errors in the member Album. Still some errors in the background that I'm working on. Will continue to look into upgrading that software package.

MY GOD this thing is FAST, SSWEET UPGARDE!!

I have shut down uploads to the Member Album for all member classes due to software errors. The new server does not like some of the code of the old album software. I'm looking into what it will take to integrate the latest version of the album software. It wasn't easy the first time around.. will take a bit of code hacking to get it to work. Once I figure out it's possible, I'll buy the newest album software with available site maintenance funds.

Hey Paul, if you ever need any technical assistant with the server or any computer for that matter send me a message. I go to a technical High School for computer science and programming. I'm not the best programmer but I have many studentsnthst would be willing to help.

One question from me: Is there any way to toggle off the tweet stuff just above the quick reply? I looked in preferences and didn't see anything. The network filter at work picks up on that and blocks the twitter and facebook stuff b/c it is social networking. I have been told that each time one of us sees that "ACCESS RESTRICTED" warning, a notification is sent to the computer lords.

Ahh.. very good point Bernie. No, there isn't any way to toggle that off on an individual member basis. Since I have that same restriction at work.. and notification for excess access to such sites.. I'm going to turn it off for now. It's a feature that has been available for a long time, I just turned it on as a trial.

What I'll do is suggest to the software developer to have an option to turn off Tweet / Facebook features in each user's profile. Hopefully they will incorporate that in the next update.
