Sorry for the late replies:

Speaker adapters - they go in between the sheet metal and the speaker. As long as your magnet isn't goo large, yes, just pop them in and go. No modding needed.

Ray - I will get you the shipping cost/total today.

pmbrkfast84ss - I will get you shipping on the heat shield today (not the wrap).

Timing cover and powder coated hood latch stuff sold.

Prices are negotiable, guys. I want this stuff gone, but that doesn't mean these things are going to be free.

How does the B & M lockup controller hook up? Do you have the manual for it or can it be located online?

Instructions : http://www.jegs.com/InstallationInstructions/100/130/130-70248.pdf

You connect the 2 parts on the top of the image I posted in between the speedo cable and the tranny. The electrical wire has a connector that plugs into the controller.

The coiled up yellow wire: the yellow and ground come off the plug in the tranny, black and red are supplied ground and power (I connected them in cab. This wire bundle has a small connector that plugs into the controller.

Mount it some place nice, set the speed at which it locks up with the dial, and all should be golden.

For the information of all - as I sell things, I delete the images in the original post. So, what you see is what I still have.
