From the factory, our cars came with a vacuum line which ran from the Purge TVS with a short vacuum line to the Canister Control Valve and a longer line to the vapor canister. This part had molded ends that were glued. I saved my original as a reference. Recently found some matching smooth vacuum line. I cut off the molded ends, used a box cutter to slice the inner hose and with a screw driver and needle nose pliers was able to get the old hose out of the molded ends. I glued the original ends to the new hose. Looks a lot better than 3/8 fuel line.

The long vacuum hose ran behind the AC compressor, went inside a loop holder on the driver's side fender into the vapor canister. Just past the loop, it had a white paper tag. It was only intended to identify the right part on the assembly line. I remember it had a part number without any bar code similar to the yellow tags on the transmission cooler lines.

If this decal survived on your car, please post a pic and measurements. If I know the number, I can play on the computer and make a close copy.

This is the last missing engine bay decal.

Those line tags are the same size and font as the Oldsmobile vacuum line number tags.

I already have what you seek.
