Looks fantastic! I wish my low mileage car looked that nice under the hood. It spend most its life outside in Indiana. 😑

What state are you in, Brent? There's a very reputable dyno shop here in Nebraska that's been the Horsepower Wars competition and all over 1320video, as Kyle is also from here. If you're any kind of vicinity to Lincoln, Nebraska, it would absolutely be worth your while to run and make some tweaks.

I'm right outside of Knoxville, TN. There is 2 chassis dynos within 30 minutes of me I've just never made it there, plan to get there at some point this year.

Was scrolling and found an Aldan add with my car on it, clicked on the add and my car was at the bottom. Nothing big but I thought it was neat.

NICE! Not often we find a G in an ad for car parts.
Swaybar, funny coincidence.

I've been very busy at work lately, doing online plc programming classes so it's not left much time for the car.

About 3 months ago I ordered the rotating assembly from scat and just now received it. Dropping the pieces off at the machine shop today. Machinist told me it would be end of January/ first of February before he could get too it. I plan to build the short block myself so that should be interesting and educational. Since I already have the trick flow 175 23 56cc heads and I know they are good Im sticking with them. I ended up going with the -21 cc piston. I was a little worried but I felt a little better once I saw that the sp383 had -18cc with 62cc heads. It's a odd combo but for a little street engine I think it will do just fine. I weighed the pistons and rods on some kitchen scales I had. All the rods were dead on the same and 5 of the pistons were 551 grams and 3 were 552 grams. Scat balanced the rotating assembly but I'm going to have my machinist balance it with my flywheel just to be sure.

Nice combo. That's really going to pump up the volume. Looking forward to future updates!
