Thanks for the links. Sadly I do not have a tool for flaring steel lines so I require pre flared steel lines. The local stores still carry them through they are often in the back and under stocked. There is a bad cold snap for the next two days, but Friday is suppised to 2arm up into the 60's so I will try to tune the car then.

Today was nice weather and I tuned the Regal today. The fuel regulator solved the issues. Surprisingly the engine ran best at 9 psi rather than 6 psi. I guess you just need to run whatever psi your engine likes best.

Did you check the dwell, idle speed, TPS outputs before and after?
Nozzle drip, main system pullover, can be effected by fuel level in the bowl, which is effected by pressure.

I reset the dwell, the regulator improved my control over the dwell. The IAB was much more responsive to adjustmets. Also reset the idle speed and TPS. Nozzle drip is gone, which is why I regained control over the dwell.
