What are you guys using to soak your carburetor in to clean it after disassembly?

Chem Dip, or as people call it carb dip. You can buy it in a gallon can at Napa Auto runs about 25 bucks a gallon.

I think I seen that, wondered how it worked or if anything worked better.

Have never tried Chem Dip and never really play with a carb that dirt worth cleaning in a bath overnight. Usually just wash a carb externally first with Berkebile 2+2 carb cleaner before disassemble, a $5 can will usually do the job.

Then disassembled do a second 2+2 cleaning of the exterior, clean interior and then into a hot water wash with Dawn or a another degreaser that is at hand. While the parts are still hot blow dry with compressed air. Then it another shot of 2+2 through ALL the passages to insure they are clear and dry.

You need to be careful of the Qjet's zinc/chromate plating, you can wash it off with certain chemicals. If the plating is nice on that carb try to preserve it. The inside of the bowlgasket surfaces and the venturi in particular.

Have tried most of the carb cleaners and the 2+2 is the best spray I've found. Works good on crickets too. I've bought 2+2 by the case years ago, Always have two cans at arm reach.
Mostly used to clean the sooty throttle body plates, the PVC inlets, and IACs these days.

Usually buy at NAPA and don't ask the price.

After seeing what the internet price is for 2+2 it scared me, has it really gone up in price that much? Today at NAPA did a price check and ended up buying a case of Berkebile 2+2, $3.33 a can, 43 bucks for the case.. Surprised and happy.
Besides being a very good carb cleaner it works great on pesky insects, crickets, wasps, camel crickets, they don't stand a chance with one shot. Much better than CRC Brakleen for the bugs, and cheaper, a case should last a few years.

Another product I use by the gallon is Westley's Bleach White as my all purpose cleaner. When Westley's was still made by Westley's it was awesome stuff, acid base and would even soften enamel if you weren't careful. Great for tires and rubber products, a good lube for putting rubber connections together, even better for cleaning the bath tub and soap residue.
Unfortunately Black Magic bought Westley's and changed the formula, it's not nearly as good as the original but still my go to for a cleaner. Not a great degreaser but works well for most car and household needs.
