I can't help with recommendations but I do have experience with my paint. A good paint job is in 90% in the prep, the more you can do the better the results will be. In my case, I did all the body work, all the guide coat block sanding, many applications of high build primer, primer sealer, removed the glass, trim, moldings, door handles, locks, lights and gapped the bumpers. The prep took about 3 months before I was satisfied with arrow straight panels. I had it towed to the shop since the interior was gutted. Fortunately I had no rust. All the shop had to do was wipe it down and apply the Sikkens basecoat, clear coat. My paint job was sort of "free" as I traded my services theirs, also known as a barter. Welcome to the forum, there are many excellent body/painters in the forum, they should chime in shortly.
