Hi Everyone, I have a 1985 Monte Carlo SS with a dealer installed sun roof. It rusted out and I am getting it fixed but I need the seals and have no clue what type of roof this is. There are no markings that I can see or understand what I am looking for. I have 1 picture of what I think was the original seal. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Here is a link of some of the pics I have of it. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/fj14fs79czzp874/AABDrtTGsVKB7dSecApV1k9ga?dl=0Thanks Jay

Steele Rubber Products or Soffseal should have what you need.

ASC= American Sunroof Company did a lot of those back then, good luck!

ASC usually have a tag on the door jam if they did the conversion.

I just hope, for your sake, that this is Dealer-installed sun roof because it looks like the sunroof I had on my 79' T/A back in the days.
Finding parts was nightmare because I didn't know who installed it. And like your roof, most of the parts ID had either worn out and paint was nearly gone or unreadable due to it's age. Seal also look like the one I had. It had what I can recall was a fabric type seal with rubber where the roof rail and glass meet. Rubber part of it was questionable but it did seal, but the fabric part of the seal just crumbled off when you touch it (I'm guessing that it did this due to the heat in the cabin when it's locked).
Hope you have better luck than me. At least we have internet now. I didn't back then!

The engine has about 270,000 miles on it and still runs like new. I will post some pics when upload them when I have more time. I bought it with the yellow color so I kept it yellow when I repainted it.
