I need the gauge pod that bolts to the dash and holds the gauge cluster and headlight switch. Headlight switch mounting points need to be intact and not stripped. I also need the radio/heater bezel for an 86/88.

Kevin, new radio/heater bezels are available from Mikes.

As far as the gauge pods go you'll find it's very hard to locate one that doesn't have some, or multiple bosses /screw holes that aren't broken. The ABS plastic over time deteriorates, become soft. You can glue the bosses with a model car ABS cement such as PlasTruct or Tamiya ABS cement. They can be found at hobby shop stores. I keep at bottle of PlasTruct on the work bench.
On the bosses that are really broke apart you can epoxy a screen mess around the boss and this will reinforce it prevent it from falling apart again.

My current cluster has about 10 repairs done to it, none visible, Have about 6 clusters in a box and they all are in some state of broken bosses.

As far as the headlight switch bosses you can repair that with the screen/epoxy method and then install a metal headlight switch bracket from Mikes.

I'm aware the bezels are available. I'm looking for a used one to experiment with for mounting two gauges in it so don't want to buy new. Thanks for the info on repairs. Hopefully I can find one that it is pretty good shape.

Are you in need of the radio/heater bezel or cluster? I'll look through what I have and see if there is a donor cluster you can destroy.

Radio heater bezel. 86-88 style. Are you talking about the gauge cluster? If so, then no. I need the bezel and a gauge pod.
