Kevin, new radio/heater bezels are available from Mikes.
As far as the gauge pods go you'll find it's very hard to locate one that doesn't have some, or multiple bosses /screw holes that aren't broken. The ABS plastic over time deteriorates, become soft. You can glue the bosses with a model car ABS cement such as PlasTruct or Tamiya ABS cement. They can be found at hobby shop stores. I keep at bottle of PlasTruct on the work bench.
On the bosses that are really broke apart you can epoxy a screen mess around the boss and this will reinforce it prevent it from falling apart again.
My current cluster has about 10 repairs done to it, none visible, Have about 6 clusters in a box and they all are in some state of broken bosses.
As far as the headlight switch bosses you can repair that with the screen/epoxy method and then install a metal headlight switch bracket from Mikes.http://www.mikesmontes.com/86-88-Headlight-Switch-Bracket-Free-Shipping_p_2614.html
