We did dyno it if you go back to page 2. Made 617rwhp but we maxed out the injectors. I have since picked up a set of ID850 injectors and built a new air intake. However due to the weather,I probably wont be able to get it back in for the final tune until the spring

It is a Monte coolant overflow mounted 90*. The fittings are 3/4" barbs from a fish tank lol! A little backyard ingenuity
I was trying to keep it as OEM looking as possible

I thought maybe that's what you used. Good idea.

I have one to put on my LS2 also, someday. I put LS3 heads on it though, so no need for adapters, & I have the CTSV lid. I'll prob need to change cams, mine is like .611/.610 lift, 230/236, 114 (I think, I'll have to find card). I have the holley bracket with the SD5 or SD7 AC compressor. I guess I will have to change all that.

LSX Concepts makes another spring loaded tensioner kit. Originally I was looking to use that but due to a lack of belt length selection for the application, There was nothing that would work with the extra 1/2" height from the adapters. You may be able to get that tensioner to work with your current a/c bracket being youre not using port adapters

I had already went that route. Their stuff won't work with the Holley bracket.

And a new AC compressor. I have the small one, the SD7, and they dont have a mount for it. Like this:

My other thought is to push the Vette bracket out to the truck spacing using the Holley spacers & come up with a way to mount it all on one belt like:

Im sure you could resell your current ac stuff to recoupe some funds for the new setup.
Ive seen the truck spaced setup, its nice but $$ for the one in the pic. I like the LSX concepts stuff because it has good belt wrap and you dont have as much pontential for slip.

Yep, Concept One stuff is expensive. Maybe I can do it with parts I have & some modifications.

I really liked the finished professional look and researched Concept One 1st.

2 things that were deal breakers for me.

1. All in one drive system limits boost capability. They advertise no more than 10 PSI..

2. Power steering pulley sticks too far out and would hit my gear box.

Regards,

Matt

So doing some research last night, I found that Holley now has a lower pass side mount for the Sanden S7 compressor. I may try that & use the OEM drive for the SC.

What isolator did you use?

IMHO, i would not even consider this, especially on a belt driven supercharger. look at how much wrap you have on the crank pulley with that setup....about 90 degrees. that belt is going to slip just on regular accessories. it's going to be a huge problem once the blower starts loading it up.

completely stock except for engine, tranny, exhaust & rearend.

supposedly, it only clears the g-body frame at the truck/ls3 accessory spacing and (maybe?....can't remember) the middle spacing (ls1 f-body, gto.)

i'll let you guys know. already installed the brackets & tensioner. compressor should be here monday.
