Trunk prop/springs?

Hello everyone, got a quick question. I removed the trunk spring / prop rods a long time ago because of the Fiberglas trunk lid I installed. I now have a rust free replacement and I don't remember how these are installed. Can someone help me out ? Send me a picture? Thanks....

is that on the lightest setting?would moving it up give more lifting power?
86 ss 86 cl,330hp GM vortec cratemotor-700-r trans worked,ford 9.5 inch rear with 3-50s,custom 3 inch exhaust with flowmasters.

thanks. i put a spoiler on my non ss and it needs more umpfff.
