Compressor and lines, along with condensor. As long as you leave the heater hoses hooked up (and blower motor), you'll have heat.

So the lines that go behind the radiator and the one that goes above it can be removed also? Do i also need to get a block off plate then too?

hahaha you guys are funny. how come you want to get rid of the AC? the power steering pump mounts to the bracket for the compressor so you have to leave that guy on there.

PS: what part of Chicago are you from?

ya, although i almost never use the air, even in newer cars, it is still nice to have when the humidity is just unbelievable or you're going out and dont want to be sweaty. right now there is no air in my monte because i need to modify the compressor bracket. its not a real street car unless its got heat, a/c, tunes, and a full interior!!!

I dont live far from downtown (35th and vliet), but the car is still in project form in a garage in browndeer. I have to get the crossmember modified, before hanging up the rest of the exhaust. Im hoping to get the welding shop at MATC to do it for free. Still alot of work to do.

The reason im getting rid of the a/c is because none of it works and just takes up room. I live about about 45 minutes south of the city.
