What are the voltages for the following gauges and what are they susposed to read.

fuel? empty and full?
oil press? 0 and 60?
temp? 100 to 260?

Mine are working but they act like they are off. Temp gauge only goes down to about 140 even when cold and the fuel is like it is not reading correctly at all? Thanks in advance.

GM fuel, 0 empty, 90 ohms full. They are always off. You might have to pull the needles off to recalibrate them better.

to test the oil guage (brown wire) it should read 0 when grounded, it should read 60 when disconnected from the sending unit

to test the temp gauge (green wire), it should read 240 when grounded and min when disconnected from the sending unit

on the tank, they say there's a pink wire coming from the sending unit that sometimes get's loose, u have to get under the car and look for the wire around the tank area, but from what ur describing sounds like u have the classic loose harness on the right side of the gauge cluster
