Hi Guys: This is Mike McKinney here better known on the board as “ProTourAero”. As many of you may, or may not know I am the owner of SMM Enterprises. My son Scott was the sales manager and ran the business. Unfortunately Scott is no longer with the company, and I am trying to keep the business running after hours, and on weekends. I know he supplied a number of performance parts to different board members over the years, and I would like to try to continue to do that. We have access to all the same parts that the major performance mail order suppliers have. If I can help someone on the board with better pricing & generate a small amount of revenue for SMM Enterprises that is a win / win situation for everyone. As with all the authorized vendors we have helped the MCSS site with donations when possible. I am the Manager of Rhyne Competition Engines as my 8 to 5 job. We build performance engines for a number of different classes of racing. If I can help with anyone’s engine projects I would be more that pleased to do so. Please feel free to contact me by Phone at 219-926-9793, or E-mail at perfparts@comcast.net with any questions or concerns about previous purchases, or future purchases. I am also planning on attending the NMCOA nationals in Ohio in a few weeks and will be available at that event to answer any questions or concerns. Sincerely Mike McKinney ProTourAero SMM Enterprises

So is the website under construction or going away? I've got a couple people interested in the dual electric radiator fan setup but I could not get to the webpage to show them. Have a good one!

The web site is currently not working, and will be reworked. I didn't really like the web site, and we are working on something different. For now please contact us through E-mail at perfparts@comcast.net , or by phone at 219-926-9793. It may not be until the evening that I call you back. We do still have the fans and fan wiring available if anyone is interested. I can E-mail a picture of the fans in needed. Thanks for asking.

Hi Guys: Sorry for the delays with responding, but on top of everything else going on my dad is in the hospital, and it’s not looking good. This may even affect my NMCOA trip this year. I currently do not have control of the web site. When Scott left that is one of the things he took from the business. I am working with the provider to regain access, but it’s a longer process than anticipated. It seems that even though he was an employee of SMM the site was put in his name, and not the business name. The business paid over $3000.00 for the site with a $200.00 monthly maintenance fee. I do agree that the site never did work very well, and if I do regain access I will change it. But for now don’t uses the site at all, please E-mail me directly, and I would appreciate everyone understanding with a little patience. SS Ninja I will send over some pics of the fans. Thanks again guys Mike McKinney SMM Enterprises perfparts@comcast.net

Just got my fans in the mail today, and I was nothing short of impressed. Great guy to deal with and fast shipping.
I'd definitely do business with Mike again.

Sorry no web site for selling parts (as said above), but I do have http://www.protouraero.com to see the car, and some of the parts installed. The old website is not in my controll and I no longer have anything to do with it. If anyone is interested in any parts they can contact me at perfparts@comcast.net , or by phone at 219-926-9793.

I'm assuming that the fans used on your monte are the same ones you are selling. Would it be possible to post a picture of just the fans? and possibly how you mounted them to the radiator?

Hi Steve: Mike Here. Scott is no longer with the company (see begining post). I have a Be Cool in mine, not very cheap, but it works & fits real nice. These pictures are actually a fan & rad kit I sold to Seth in Florida, for his 540 Monte project.

Is there anyway to get a set of the hood mounts for the actuators? I'd like to go to that setup but i'm afraid I'm too far from home to do it and don't have the technical knowledge at this time.

I'm wondering if you could fabricate another set of the brackets that attached to the hood side of the actautors.

Sorry, but I am not building / selling those. There is as much modifications to the fender itself, as there is to the hinge anyway.

Hi Pat: I am currently working on a "Nothing fancy" web site, but thanks for the info, much appreciated. I am also considering a business name change. There are fan pictures in this topic on a previous page.

I am sorry to say the company I was getting the fans from is no longer selling them. They were not sure if they were ever going to get any more in, and I no longer have any in stock. I will keep you posted.
