The pinstripes on the rear of my car are going, anyone know where i can order new ones and how much they cost?, also some tips for removing the old ones and putting the new ones on would be a big help. Also, a guy I work with was telling me I should think about getting them airbrushed on instead of the stickers, anyone done this or heard of doing it? Pros/cons? thanks for any help.

the heat may work...but if these stripes have been on for a long period of time. the heat may not work as well as you want. best bet is to get an eraser wheel. if you don't want to buy an eraser wheel ask any local body shop and im sure they will take off the old and restripe it for you for about 50 bucks give or take. the actual pinstripe isn't very expensive either. maybe 20 bucks or so

what upflying said....

try Phoenix graphics.

last year some moron backed into my quarter panel.I had a local Chevy dealer remove the dent and repaint. They no longer had the passenger side quarter stripe in stock so I told them to try Phoenix Graphics. They only sold complete kits so the dealer ended up buying the entire set for the stripe they needed and I got to keep the rest.I have all stripes for the maroon/orange/red set.Oh by the way they look GREAT cant tell the difference from original ones.

I have a new rear bumper stripe, still in the GM box. It's the maroon/red/orange set. Make a reasonable offer plus shipping and it's yours.
