Hi all, this is a small introduction. I have been wandering around the halls of this VERY informative place for 2 days and this is my first post, so I want to say Hi ya'll and I hope to talk with you soon.

http://www.angelfire.com/mech/slys_viperpit/MCSS

As the pic descriptions say, I bought this car last month so I really havent had time to start much of what I plan to do. I have added some things to make it a little better but am only getting started. I am wavering on the paint, considering a Silver/Black combo, using the upper line of the raised plate as the separation point. I may even use the Gray striping to enhance that switch from Silver to Black. Any comments are welcome and desired as this place is full of ideas as far as I can tell.

Again thanks for accepting me and hope to talk to ya real soon... Chuck

Welcome aboard Chuck! Nice looking 86! The 200 trannies are a good thing to have with the 3.73's. Just like you, I wanted my first Monte in 86, but just couldn't afford back then. See... dreams DO come true! Just takes 20 years. :p

Where abouts is Tullahoma? I usually go to Bristol for the SCS in June. Maybe get a chance to meet you there. Usually a group of us meet up and hang out for alittle while.

I know I don't get there often enough, but God knows I surely try.

I live in the center of NC, just west of Raleigh. We have friends in Mountain City, TN and Franklin, NC who are members here as well. I know we have a member in Nashville, but he;s not on the site alot. Never met a bad person off this site.

Once again... welcome aboard and good luck with your 86! Hope to meet you one day!

Well I broke down and bought some good soap and wax recently and had a chance to work on my cars appearance some and worked on my photo album here on the board. I have some of the shots I took just after I bought my car and some shots of the car now with the additions I have made to the interior. I am beginning to do a little of the body work. Any ideas are welcomed...
