What do you mean "Car side"? So far as I am aware, the car side all merges into the two circuit board connectors that go through the firewall and plug into the ECM.

Unless by distributor side you mean the Ignition control module itself. Is this what you are looking for?

Hard to explain and I cant post pics? There's 4 wires coming off the distributor with a plug. And then plugs into the car harness.going to the ecu.

You can try to find replacements from a junkyard.

You have the EST, so you would need the 4 pin connector. It's a tough nut to crack finding these jokers, but found something that may work. Shows you can get either or both from the web link. They're also on ebay for 13.95 each plus applicable tax. I personally can save a couple of bucks ordering it from the website since shipping for me is like $3.12 for both. Paying tax still keeps me under the ebay prices. But, hey do what you must.

Cars like this in junk yards around here are non existent.
But that efi connection harness looks promising. Thanks

If that plug in the efi-connectors link is the right one, and if you are the "I'd rather have the parts to fix it" type, you can get a Weather Pack connector kit from a number of places for anything from a somewhat reasonable price for stuff like this, all the way to "enough to start your own shop" type kits.
Here's one from Amazon that looks like it would have what you are looking for. Worst case, if it isn't an exact fit you have both sides to make a new one (unless you are really shooting for numbers matching etc). And you can also use it on any other odd wiring additions you want to make.

Kit with tools -

Connector kit if you can crimp them otherwise -
