CELEBRATING 20 YEARS!

The valve in my line is stripped and I can not remove the valve from the line.
Looking for a new line that runs from the evaporator to the condenser.
It is the metal line with rubber insulation on part of it , and bout 3 feet long.
It is the one with the black cap and makes a sharp bend near the end.

Dang it, I just threw mine away a couple weeks ago... That one was good, it was the compressor to condenser line that was leaking.

Judy and I were just sitting on the back porch having a glass of wine and talking about the line, and she said maybe Lance would have one.
I said that he is using his AC and would not want to give it up.
Anyway, I got a response from Mike at Mikes Monties and he thinks he has one.
The problem with mine is that the valve is leaking and I can not get it out to replace it.
Does anyone know if there is a trick to it? I thought it was just like a tire valve.

I think I have the problem fixed.
As it turned out it was not stripped, but the rubber seal was just stuck.
When I pulled up on it REAL hard, the valve pulled apart leaving the bottom sealing portion still stuck.
Added a little heat and it gave way, and I was able to remove the rest of it.
So I think I am good.
