It's been years since I've posted but I'm at the end of my rope with my car. I might put 500 miles a year on it. Anyway 3 months ago I changed the pan gasket cause I got tired of the leak. I cleaned everything. Made sure the stock pan sealing surface was as flat as possible. I used a felpro gasket and tightened in an alternating pattern to I think 12 ft lbs. Drove it and double checked the pan bolts, then parked it.
So it has been sitting all summer. I checked it every month and no leaks, until just recently (last weekend). I don't understand how it leaks when I don't even drive it.

Cork gasket? Silicone? What do I need to do to get this thing to stop? I've been told to get that $250 aluminum pan. But why can't I get the stock pan to seal?

Please help

When a vehicle sits a lot, the torque converter drains out, you may have a leak at the TV cable exit point or possibly the fill tube connection, check out these possibilities!

Agree with Leo, those two points are possible leaks to check.
Had similar problem with friends Bowtie Overdrive 200 R, gasket leak. We swapped in my old 200 R pan and fixed problem.
With pan tightening I loosely snug the bolts and then go around the pan several times, not across.
