If so, I could use a dimension. Distance from the frame mount surface to centerline of hole for the long thru bolt that connects it to the other bracket.

In my swap, I used the steel motor mount (frame pad) for the our cars - Moroso part 62630.
The centerline of the tube/bolt appears to be almost exactly 1" off the frame, but I did not mic this (I am however holding one in my hand with a tape measure).
This can be matched with either a steel mount (block mount) like Moroso part 62515, which I originally used, or the interlocking urethane unit from Energy Suspension part 31117 to which I am switching tomorrow (Coincidence? I think not!)
Note that these are the "high and narrow" mounts, spec'ed for Montes and related full sized Chevys, not the "short and wide" design.
If using the above Morosos 62515 the centerline sits 2-9/32" off/below the block.
The Energy Suspension 31117 (use the base plate) centerline will sit 2-3/16" off/below the block.
Don't know how that compares to the OE clamshell or what you may be using on your LS2 if different.

CORRECTION to my above comment on the mating of the Energy Suspension (motor side) mounts to the Morosos (or other) frame side mounts....
Had to cut the Moroso ears around the bolt hole and tube down to get clearance.
Energy Suspension says they designed their mounts to fit around the OE clamshell mount lower (assuming its mounted without the rubber insert).
I hope that is not confusing.
Back on the ground in a few days and will test this out.
Thanks,
Gordon

About 1 inch. The mounts I measured were the old original ones from my car, so the measurement not but 100% precise compared to a fresh one, but it should be close.
