Has anyone moved the frame mount on (specifically) the passenger side back & found a motor side mount to work with it? I need some extra room for a low mount AC mount.

I've seen people notch the frame to clear the AC. Maybe a set of dirty dingo adjustable motor mounts would work and enable the driver's side to sit one way and the passenger side the other. Essentially you are looking forn 1 regular mount adapter and 1 set back style. At the end of the day is the work worth the effort vs the cost of a Holley high mount AC bracket?

Can't use a hugh mount AC with a LSA supercharger & OEM belt setup. I know there are other accessory drives, but $$

A blower is a good reason lol. Have you measured for how far you want to move the mount? We dealing with an inch, or 2 or 7?

How about an AC bracket from Kwik Performance? Does that leave you in the same boat as with the Holley set up?

Still will have to notch the crossmember & any notch will also interfere with frame side motor mount. So whatever I do I will need to push that back.

Edit, unless you are referring to a high mount from kwick, I need to mount it low.

I think you should be able to move the frame mount back to the V6 mount holes and use a slotted style "forward setback" adapter plate to buy some room.

That's what I was thinking about doing. Doing so will then probably interfere with the headers.

Not necessarily, if you use headers that clear with the forward mounts, there should be plenty of room to clear the setback mount position with the frame notch. I think most headers will clear either mount design because there is so many options it would be silly to make 2 different headers just for ~1" of difference between designs.

Looks like the Holley mounts

Maybe copy their use of counter sunk bolt heads for low profile and good looks

Found someonw to laser cut them for me.

Looks like holley? Hmmm.

Dunno that countersinking them will buy me anything. Unless it interferes with the frame bracket.
