Is there any metal inner fenders out of any other car that can be modified fairly easy to fit in my 87 Monte. Thanks in advance

No sheet metal inner fenders that I know of, what's wrong with your oem plastic inner fenders?

The twin turbo set up I'm working on is extremely close to the inner fenders and I'm afraid I'm going to melt them.

Sounds like a "self clearancing" modification lol

Let us know if you find anything, I wouldn't mind a cleaner option since I've gotten rid of the fender mounted hardware and the plastic is on full display.

That's a good reason for wanting steel fenders. Twin turbo sounds like a race car, running without inner fenders may be your best option. No inner fenders allows better access around the engine between runs and sheds a few pounds of weight.

For inspiration only, the buick wheel well is a bit different than a Monte

One day I intend to make a set of carbon wells for a Monte that offer more wheels clearance. Price point is the only hold back at this time.

If you follow AWD Olds on social media, he just made his own set and posted pics

Pro Street Car. Not a race car. Going to be street driven only.
