What do you think an 87 loaded Aerocoupe with locked engine, & damage to drivers side rear quarter is worth? I know it's worth more to part it out, but I would like to put an LS & T56 in one.

If it is an SS and it runs it is worth 2k.

That's a pretty serious section of the body to repair. It's not a door or front fender swap out -500(doors and fenders also look like they need a swapping out =[)
Dead engine - 500

Add whatever aerocoupe is worth to you. It's a banged up aerocoupe roller. I think you could score that for 1k maybe less. It basically needs a new everything.

If this thing gets parted out and the price is right, I'd be interested in making the trip to Virginia for the buckets, console, shifter and steering wheel

I assume rust is minimal or are there rot issues?

1-2k range, if not running I'd say 1,500 and that's on the high side. Definitely worth much more in parts but that would be my price range to buy it as is. I paid less than that for an Aero that didn't run but just needed the carb changed to run (and many other things to run better, become driveable). I kind of dig the patina look to it. If you get it and LSx it, I'd say keep the body as is for awhile cool .

I have not seen it in person, just pictures. So not sure what shape the floors are in, or rust in any other areas.

Wouldn't need to paint it if I wrap it...... (insert Tim Allen grunt here)

The right person will need to fall off a turnip truck before buying it for $2500..

as that car sits 1k would be plenty. But it is salvageable so that's a plus and could be brought back to life and glory with time and $$.
Along with the dent in the quarter it looks like a decent amount of cancer in the wheel opening and id bet the other quarter has rot also. So if thinking to buy it to restore keep that in mind.

I decided not to go for this, so if anyone else is interested, I found it on Cincinnati, OH area Craigslist.
