Who is running a Corvette FEAD on the front of their LS engine? I'm switching from truck style soon and want to know if the Vette powersteeribg lines reach the Monte box?

Considering the tight fitment of the Vette lines at the pump, I don't think I can use the Monte pressure line that I've been using so I need to know if I need to budget for a custom line or if the stock Vette line will work.

Thanks

FEAD? Front End Accessory Drive? Took me a minute. LOL

But I have the Vette FEAD, & yes the Vette pressure line reaches the Monte box. The return side I made with some 1/2" line to the reservoir.

X2. The Corvette LS1 pressure line will also work. It varies slightly in shape.

I assume your question is referring to the later 05 up FEAD and hoses

Great thanks guys. Truthfully I just bought a PS pump and all supporting parts off a Vette junk yard and don't even know what year car it was taken from. Plan is to get the Holley bracket and recycle my alternator since the Vette bracket only takes a Vette alternator. Being able to source parts direct from a parts store sets my mind at ease.

What are your plans for the AC?

I am using the holly bracket setup with home made PS lines. I'll see if I can find a photo. Here it is, no leaks so far.

Thanks for the pic upflying. I'm not against making lines but like the idea of off the shelf, easy to find parts before I make them myself.

Scot, Holley also makes an AC bracket on the passenger head but I removed AC when I first did the swap and heat last summer. At some point I plan on getting a small heater and running the lines up to the windshield for defroster to extend the season and keep the wife happy but I don't plan on ever running AC again in Monte. I hardly use it in my dailer drivers so I don't miss it when I hop in the monte.

Gotcha. I have the Holley bracket with a Sanden S7 compressor, I am thinking I may sell it so I can add a super charger. Parts are mounted but new.
