Has anyone had any first hand experience with electric cut outs? Are one brand better than the others?

Just purchased a set of manual cutouts from summit and am curious myself. I plan on adding the motors later. Anyone have advice on how far back from the O2 sensor to place the cutout? My O2 is in the long tube collector.

I welded these cutouts into my system this weekend and the car sounds awesome.

and I ordered these

I'll let you know how they work. I'm not doing the kits with the wireless fob. I'm going to wire these up to a 3 position switch in the dash.

No experience with them but I've always been told that Doug's Headers brand was the best for reliability and longevity. Something about the design of them is better

got the ebay valves mounted on the summit cutouts with the summit wire kit and I love it. Every Monte should have cutouts.

Visually the $30 ebay valves look identical to the $150 summit valves. So now I guess I see how long they last.

$30 for cut outs is a good deal!
