It worked with mine I just had to cut the back part of the bracket a bit and had to cut the back holder stem on the valve cover by the HVAC box just to be safe

Just be aware for bolt in reasons clearing properly, the Holley plates are designed to fit with the Holley pan and holley accessories. Those that have mismatched those mounts with other parts have fitment issues.

4 is the vacuum lines for the hvac system
6 is the connectors for the ECM

You will need this manual to perform the LS swap. I could not do mine without it.

This pic always helped me when rerunning wires and removing what isn't necessary.

The main vacuum source for the HVAC will need to be connected to another vacuum source to work the vents.

On the truck intake (if that is what you are using), some years had incomplete vacuum bosses molded in to the intake. You can trim the plastic plugging the end and tap into it. Or if you are running an earlier year with vacuum referenced fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail, you can just Tee off of that line.
Here's a pic.

The stuff on the passenger wheel well is the barometer, WOT relay and something else for the computer. I'm pretty sure the big read wire is the power for the vent fan.
