If you are lucky, you'll find one for around $500, but I'd say double that if it's solid to somewhat clean. Very clean and only missing engine and maybe trans, might need to triple that. Parts are going up in value and therefore parts cars/rollers (unless missing interior) are too, from what I see.

There is one in a nearby city that the guy is asking 1000 for, its been up for awhile. No title might be hurting it too, though.

The tops are missing with snow all around the car. I'm guessing the interior is totaled and the floors are a lost cause......

A truly solid roller with no motor is worth a lot more to me than what others would pay I guess, but I also live in NWPa and "truly solid" and over 8 years old don't seem to be very common.
Personally, I would have no problem at all paying the asking price of $2200 if it simply needed a motor/trans and was otherwise solid/complete.

I wouldn't want a t-top car though so my opinion doesn't apply here.

Bought one in '05 for 2500 that just needed a motor.
The following year I bought one that needed drive train, interior, rearend, wheels, for 900. Traveled to TN both times. $500-$800 around here for a rust bucket. Lots have become dirt track cars, but honestly they had really no other use after 25 years in the salt.

G bodies are great dirt track cars. I wonder if they will ever be considered rare from the destruction of so many?

I think a clean roller is worth 3k. That's if it's a clean car with no rust at all and a good interior.

I agree with Ron. I would have no problem paying $3k for a completely rust free/straight car.

I would pay the asking price and give you back the frame and suspension...$2200 for a rust free shell and complete interior is a deal for me. The problem is when you start to dig a bit and find stuff.

I'm old enough to remember when tri-fives were used as dirt track cars. That would be horrible today.
