looking to get a set of wheels for my mc. Im looking for some good companies that make wheels for our cars. I know of center line, American racing, billet specialties, rocket, us mags....what else do you guys suggest is worth taking a look at?

I've had 2 sets of Boss and 1 set of Coys. All very nice products.
Check out Ridler as well

I just saw some of your posts with those coys....they look sick...for 18 and 20's you made them look perfect.

It depends on what you're looking to do. The 17x8" stock looking N90s from Year One are nice for that stockish appearance with a more modern size tire. Most people run 245/45-17s, 255/45-17s or 255/50-17s on those due to the width, but there are a few 275/40-17s like the Falken 615s and Nitto 555s that run a little small for a 275/40-17 that don't look bad on them.

I've done a ton of research lately on wheels and if you're looking for that type wheel, the fractionally more expensive BOSS 338s are still Made in USA. Most other one piece cast wheels like those seem to be made in China (even the Foose)- not meaning they're automatically bad wheels, but I'd rather buy US when possible. I've never heard any complaints on the Foose or Coys and only one minor complaint about the finish on the Ridlers, but those are hard to beat for the money (they even commented for the price they really weren't complaining).

If you like this type wheel, I've run across a reasonably priced 10-spoke wheel, that's similar to the American Racing VN427 "Shelby" (more than double the price). They're available in a 18x8.5 with a 4.5" backspacing that would be perfect for the front and would work well if you wanted the same size for the rear to rotate. I do believe with that extra .5" that you could get away with running most 275/35-18 or 275/40-18s for the rear. They're Vision wheels being sold under Summit's branding "Series 143". If they were a little lighter in color, or I had any other color SS than Black, I'm not so sure I wouldn't have to try these out.

Best wheels for the MCSS might be stockers. I am somehow drawn to the look of steelies with poverty caps. Has anyone done this with a MCSS?

Witman, what wheel/tire combo do you have on that Monte? Looking for the same setup myself.

Sent you a PM Wake: 18x8.5 fronts with 4.5BS, 18.9.5 Rear with 5.3 Backspace. Throw in a couple 1/2 in spacers for the rear, and 2.5 inch wheel studs, all from summit
Tires: Install 255/40/18 Fronts, 275/40/18 Rear Tires to have quite similar ride height and speedo readings as stock. I got mine from TireRack since my local guy didn't carry Firestone.
