Needing to buy a rotating assembly for a 400 small block would like hyper pistons, forged rod, cast crank.I have looked at jegs and summit they are pretty close on eagle and scat kits. Is there any other recommendations of reputable dealers? I would like to stay around $1000.

.. Northern Auto parts

.. enginekits.com

.. lots of horror stories on the web about Eagle cast cranks...

.. May want to inquire about having it all balanced together, as well...

.. If twisting much over 6,000 RPMs, might consider an internally balanced forged crank...
